Removing/Disassociating or Changing an EFT on a Quote
If you selected a EFT and wish to remove from or change the EFT on a quote, you will need to make your changes through the Quote a Solicitation wizard as part of the resubmittal process.
Business Rules for EFT
- If a EFT is "In Use" on a quote or an agreement, it cannot be deleted from your EFT list
- If you wish to disassociate or change a EFT on a quote, you can do so with a resubmittal of the quote through the Submit a Quote wizard---keeping in mind the business rules still apply for when you can do a resubmittal of a quote
- If you wish to disassociate or change a EFT on an agreement, you can do so in the Agreement Modification Response wizard for a Standard/Extend modification, Rollover modification, or Inspection Correction modification
